I got on the exercise bike, for the sake of distraction. Set the timer for 20 minutes.

-243 Calories Burnt
-70.6 of them were Calories From Fat.

And now that I'm thinking about it, it's so hot in the living room right now that I probably burnt of more just because of the temperature lol...
